ABOUT US
Via Sol is a sustainable, art-driven, transit-oriented community in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. In an effort to support its mission, Via Sol offers unique programming including on-site energy and food production, a live-work program designed for creative professionals to encourage art and imagination, apartments sourced with healthy materials to support a clean lifestyle, and a mix of market-rate and rent-restricted units to accommodate households across the income spectrum. Via Sol has been developed by PLACE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit team collaborating with cities to design and build mixed-income developments that feature the arts and affordable living options.
